March-April challenge

My March-April challenge was going to be to exercise 30 minutes 4 days or more a week.

I just watched the weather for the next two weeks and it looks like rain. So how about being quick to observe. After conference I would challenge you to pick a talk a month to focus on as a family. That is on top of journaling. Are you still working on it? How about the adults do I need to get you journals or do you have them?

I exercised on my wee the other night and after 1/2 hour of balance and yoga it said I had burnt a total of 3 calories. I guess I am going to have to do treadmill and wee.

Gratitude

How are your journals coming? If you haven't been writing something you are grateful for in it you need to start doing that. One per day and do not repeat if possible.
